Prop 8 was an attack on freedom of religion in California. Gay marriage threatened no one, yet now churches like the Unitarians have been stripped of their right to conduct homosexual marriages (as they have done for over 100 years).

Why do people try and compare being black and being gay? You are born black or you are not it is not a CHOICE like being gay. Don't even try to say people are born gay, not a scrap of evidence exists that homosexuality is anything more than a learned behavior. I love all people but can not repect all the choices they make. @GoodDiscrimination You can't destroy a nation...nations are just collections of themed cultural constructs and imaginary lines in the dirt.  The only way to destroy a nation is to destroy all physical traces of its ideology including the people.
