June 18 (Bloomberg Law) -- Stephen Lubben, professor of law at Seton Hall University Law School of Law, talks with Bloomberg Law's Lee Pacchia about his recent testimony in front of the Financial Services Committee in the US House of Representatives earlier this month on investor protections in government interventions into the private markets. Lubben explains that the panel focused on a wide range of seemingly disparate topics such as the automakers' bankruptcies, the mortgage fraud settlement and the Argentina sovereign default.
