does the stampede have weight transfer in it

The back end barely drops under acceleration(35wt. shock oil)- it's more prone to wheelie. The stampede has no sway bars front or back. Did I answer your question? there are diff types of weight transfer I'm not sure whice type you are referring to

00:12(stub axel carrier) 00:45(shock cap came off) 2:14(output yoke-slipper set too tight) 2:18(spur gear-slipper set too tight) 2:23(three shock caps came off) 2:47(servo steering output horn[amazing that was all]) 2:52(skock cap came off + ego hurt)

if you plan to bash on loose gravel and short grass 90% get the stampede.
if you plan to bash on pavement 90% of the time their may not be anything faster than the bandit, plus you can still run on loose/dry dirt just fine. Look at them both side by side the bandit is much smaller than the stampede.
