My mother has had my daughter for a long time. I had gone through a rape and I wanted to get myself together after my daughter was born and then bring her home. Well that didn't happen. My mom went after me for custody and won. There is a court order in effect now that I should be able to see her every other weekend. My mom doesn't stick to it. I know I have to take her back to court... but what good does it do if the cops don't make her stick to the court order?
