@capthook1 have you even looked at the manual provided by Behringer? it's the same manual for all models of the xenyx series and they hardly provide any diagrams specific to the 802. It's not that people are lazy, it's just that they'd rather not have to read loads of information irrelevant for this model. You really should have looked at the manual before going off on an attack on people

Are you people retarded? Or just lazy... stop asking someone else to figure the product out for you and READ THE F##CKIN' manual!!!! Do you need a tutorial on everything? Experiment and learn how to EQ yourself, if you sound bad don't you think it might be your signal chain or mic? That's why you'll never make it very far in life- you're too damn lazy to even attempt to WORK towards anything that gives you even a little bit of a learning curve... losers.
