if i had no idea what star wars was i would think this was a love story

Aside from Hayden's pefromance as Anikan and the clunky Romance I never saw why this was a terrible film. I put it as a lower tier STAR WARS film (I honestly think HOPE, EMPIRE, and SITH are the three best), but I just cannot see how it is nearly as bad as everyone says (and yes I have watched the RLM reviews, so don't try to point me there to find enlightenment)

@BookemDeno personally, i'm very glad he did. Because after the prequels came, the star wars universe has grown very much. In games, and books, and much more.

So to me, the movies is just a little part of the star wars universe.

@danieo1210 yea i guess, but personally i think lucas either should have made them accurately and high quality or just don't make them at all

@BookemDeno yes i agree. The movies has plot holes, and i didn't enjoy the prequels half as much as the originals. But anyway, the thing is ppl expected way too much of the prequels, so much Lucasarts (or anyone) could never make something of that quality.

but the prequels could have been better. But my point is, if he had not made any prequels at all, that would be much worse than making some of lower quality

@danieo1210 ok well you might understand if you actually didn't follow what lucas is throwing at the viewer, but rather try and make connections between the films.

If you do that you'll understand why everyone complains.

Here is just one example, in A New Hope, Luke wears that blast shield helmet on the Falcon, but in Episode 2, every kid has the exact same helmet practising with Yoda. Now why would Han Solo get a blast shield helmet used for jedi training on his ship?

1) What fucking movie line? Incomplete? WHAT!? The three movies sum up Anakin becoming Darth Vader, explaining the clone army and how the Emperor got to be the Emperor. Nothing else.

2) Fit together? it fit fucking perfectly with the "sequels". Go back to your fucking midi-chlorians and Jar Jar Binx. Fuck you.
