Only physical therapist can perform physical therapy. Physical therapy is outside your scope of practice and it is illegal to refer to your treatment as physical therapy.
Another word of note, chiropractors CAN NOT provide physical therapy ... only a physical therapist can! Only way they can provide PT is if they employ a PT in their office, which I hope for our professions sake that most PTs do not seek employment in a chiros office.
Well, not that great actually. The underlying message is that PT's only address soft tissue injury. I'm a manual therapist (Maitland Certified) and I primarily treat joint pathology. Muscle is rarely the root of a problem and is usually a secondary symptom. Also, he says "physical therapy" not physical therapist. The "physical therapy" is likely a massage therapist massaging or a chiropractic assistant exercising a patient in the chiro office... Food for thought.
Unbelievable...I can't believe what I just heard/viewed. The beauty of physical therapy is that all physical ailments can be addressed. I pride myself on being able to help patients on a number of accounts which also includes mobilization of the spine.

I agree, I never thought i would hear what I just did but I have to say I think it is the best thing I have ever heard from a chiropractor about PT.
