@thaurgurth Yes I seem to not know which is the fast lane in HK & I apologize for such an oversight, but I do stand by my statements of Motorcycle safety. Wearing an open face helmet is better than nothing I suppose but the open-face design leaves the entire facial structure "open" to injury. I wonder how many EMTs have come across motorcycle victims lying face down wearing these open-face helmets, turning them over to reveal torn off faces of dead individuals.

@clevername333 A couple of times I've had extended conversations with individuals about the advantages of full-face helmets....while talking to these individuals while they are wearing said helmets, I ask them " do you feel safe wearing an open face helmet?" When they reply "I feel very safe" After hearing them utter these words I promptly sock them square in the mouth saying "You've just been in an accident"......the open area of the face leaves one extremely vulnerable to an impact.

Scooters round the world ride as though they are invincible, note the open face helmet, no gloves, no true riding "gear", no boots, just sandals.
