On January 7th 2012 Dad and I went hiking threw the woods for several miles. We walked a total of 4.5 miles that day. Didn't find much of anything with are metal detectors. We visited a old school and rock chimney house.

  • So is this in Virginia? Also do you ever go after gold or just mostly iron artifacts and silver coins?

  • @conwyt i dont release site info. but not this is not In VA. i go after what ever is in the ground. only hard rock mining happened around here no big gold, only way to find that is by going to arizona or out west

  • Why is there appearring those black dots in the beginning of the video? Made me remember old films from Chernobyl when radioactivity caused them appear on old film :D Shouldn't do the same in digital camera...

  • @darthmaul1414 i used special effects to make that beginning video clip look old lol. It aint Chernobyl .

  • Nugett, just found you vids, and. Can't stop watching them. Would love to hunt with you guys there or here in Tx. I have AT pro and gold and GTI 2500. You got a friend in tx now. Love your knowledge and desire to stay hunting all day. Best videos I've seen yet.

  • where do you get your maps and such or how do you find these places?

  • sewwt finds

  • @nuggetnoggin I wasn't meaning to ask like where your secret search sites are I was just wondering about the state. I'm in the midwest so ...just sounded southern. What about gold objects like jewelry someone may have dropped relatively recently...just stuff like that? Not necessarily an old artifact.

  • I just found one of those "for one half bottle pour to line" bottles. It was broken but kind of cool....

  • @joe18370 Look me up on facebook. shawn himmelberger. or on my page on facebook its called ( I Dig History) just type that in the search part and press like. we have over 500 members and have free silver contest. last perosn won free merc.
