Oh and micro stutters look just like normal low FPS while actually showing a high fps. They dont do jumps like that.

I remember having this problem very well. It freaked me out as much. I remember it getting less or more sometimes and sometimes it was completely gone. I tested it on my friends rig and it did the same. Its definitely a glitch in NWN2.
-
No, it's a problem between the two GPUs
-
Bleh, Microstuddering is a mere latency issue in the FSB.
-
And possibly get even more micro stuttering? :/
-
F that, get the 5970 bro!
-
Not in a game like this, single gpu is a downclock 275, so basically a little better then a 260, should run fine.
-
Yes but that would have a great impact on general performance. Even wlcina mentioned that. Cheers.
rofl, this is no micro stuttering. I have the same issue and I have a single card. On my friends ATI its also the same.
Its a problem in the engine, its that easy.

Hm, when I disable one core in my dual card, the symptom disappears, but FPS drops

Could you try the following please: disable SLI under NVIDIA Control Panel and post another video. If the problem disappears, then microstuttering due to SLI is the problem. Also, what driver version are you using?

i tried to disable multi gpu configuration, the stuttering disappeared - at least for my eyes, but the whole performance went down, I had to decrease the resolution and disable some effects.
Currently I am running on 182.50 nvidia driver - windows xp

the new drivers eliminate stutters almost completely.
you are probably using ASUS drivers delivered with your card.
use new nvidia drivers instead.
ATI/AMD has NOT eliminated micro stutters.
and "changing drivers" is unspecific. use NEW ones from nvidia. you sound like a newbie, so maybe it's not even the GPU but your crappy system.
do you know that CPU, RAM and GPU have to be on a similar level to work well together? if you use a 5 year old CPU and board with little RAM, it will stutter

Hi :-) I know that, my current system specs:
i7 920, 6gb ram Corsair 1600mhz, mobo: Rampage 2 Extreme, 2x 320gb samsung stripping, 4x 1TB WD for data storing, X-Fi Fatal1ty, PSU 1050W Enermax Revolution. I am using latest WHQL Nvidia drivers 182.50, tried beta drivers, custom drivers from 3D guru, nothing helps. Also tried various OS - Vista64,Vista32.. the same result. Anyway the card seller told me that he will not replace this BS for single GPU
