I don't understand you at all....2nd Amendment: "The right to bear and carry arms SHALL not be infringed upon", The Fedral goverment has WAY to much power, this health care bill that was proposed infringes upon state rights. Explain to me one thing that he did that HASN'T violated the constitution...In fact he came out several times before he was elected and said "The constitution is deeply flawed".
