Breath of Fire II - LLG - Part IX: GoldFly, Kuwadora

Last two battles in Simafort.

GoldFly

Its main weakness is the lack of HP. A combination of any summoned dragon and a ShaveIce is enough to kill her, so we enter the battle with half of the party already KO'd, use our dragon powers, bait Ryu, have him die and then use a ShaveIce. Too easy.

Kuwadora

This one was hard because I didn't expect my characters to be one-hit killed by his "Whee" attacks. After eating one and having to reset, I changed strategy to the defensive, placing characters differently so that the ones I need alive are guaranteed not to be killed so easily.

Normal attacks aren't too effective against him, so ShaveIce works and, of course, we use dragon powers (twice). Sten absorbs all the experience and levels up, he needs those levels to be safer against the solo battle against his monkey friend that's not exactly far ahead from this point in the game.

He appears to be weak to ice so ShaveIce actually does over 200 damage!

I had to use a calculator to ensure I don't kill him before everyone sans Sten dies.
