ok ya i agree wit Baytrail but there is more suspects then that 1. The last 1 i dont know if i can rule her out she looked like she was scared about something but also tony has no need for privacy but chad i dont know it looked like he sneaked in but then again he talked to her so ya not so suspicous about him

1. About dressing: The reason why Tony didn't knock is because the socially acceptable expectation of privacy is not as high as in a bedroom or bathroom.
2. The fact you say Tony is a perv is bias and Tony's lawyer if he is charged can cause the case to be dismissed even if he was the real murderer.
