NINE DOT CINEMA presents Casey Harts praised and beloved short film, The Other Milk Cartons. The film is about a young man named Jake (played by Nielsen Moffatt), who is developing Lactophobia, and gets in a confrontation with his milk carton (voiced by Casey Hart). Casey was inspired to make the film when he was taking out the trash, and two empty milk cartons fell out. He then realized that he left the milk out from breakfast, and wondered how it would feel about his betrayal. He then proceeded to write out the script, and two weeks later, the film was completed. We hope you enjoy.
Trivia:
1. Four different milk cartons were purchased in this film to be the 'main' one, but kept being consumed before the shoot.
2. The note left by Jake at the end of the film was originally going to be 'The milk went bad, went to the store to get more.'
3. Originally, everything was going to be black and white except for the milk cartons, which were going to be green, but during the editing process, it came out as too distracting for the audience.
