Well of course. That's typical politics. You think they would have made all those comments about her if George W. Bush nominated her to replace Sandra Day O'Connor instead of Samuel Alitio. I don't think so. I mean You had only 9 Republicans who voted confirm her. 4 of them are retiring. So it doesn't really matter how they vote and every Republican running for reelection next year voted against her confirmation. So it's really about political postering.
