IF you consider waiting for an ashtray to be delivered on your room for a day and a half not a bother and, if you consider having to wait for a drink at the pool for more than 45 minutes not a problem and, even worse... If you consider it not to be a problem once you have a do not disturb on your door and get disturbed SIX Times in one day... then this is the right place to be. Fine hotel, and most of the staff is excellent. However, for a 5* ALL of the staff should be excellent. Pool is cold!
