@Humdr They also made sure to revoke NERV Japan's charter before attacking. Thus changing them from a UN organization into a dangerous paramilitary group that had to be eliminated

@JohnMarston72 Seele was overseeing the projects NERV was conducting for the UN and Seele convinced the UN that NERV was doing their projects for their own self accomplishment; and thus the UN come charging in. (If I remember correctly)

:P Well, they aren't robots. They're structures made to be like 'God'. Hence the reason they have Armor plating, and bleed.
