Very good. I practice an extended version of those opening drills (10 star) all the time. The instructor should be very happy with those students. Some will be great martial artists. Understand, I only have 35 years of martial arts experience so my knowledge is limited. Some days I wish I had worn a helmet to class. Remember, out of every 1000 students only a couple have the ability to become true masters.
