I get this alot and what i do is once the game has loaded press ctrl+alt+delete then click task maneger and when that loads up click off it the go bk on the game and it no longer has lag i dont no why it works but it does.

Just go to Options > Settings And where is hight or normal put it Low .

PPL i know how to fix!!! i finnaly fixed nit!!!!!! go to ur resulution

option and change to the smallest resulution i mean the smallest icons! not resulution keep the resulution on 1980-1020 or what u have and put the screen on the smallest :))) good luck
