Are you using a bassani x made for gto's or mustangs? Seems like the mustang version has more bass. Maybe its just the difference in engines i dunno. I was debating weather i wanted to spend the extra dough to get one or just keep my magnaflow x pipe if the sound wont change.

It's just a universal x-pipe from bassani. The sound difference you hear is absolutely the difference in engines. In fact, I love the sound of the Mustang 4.6L more than the LSX. Keep the Magnaflow...very good x-pipe with proven gains.
