Rebecca 3 year old? what kind of Bible do you guys read?

@bluegenegene You'd need to address that question to Rashi, the medieval commentator who did the math according the ambiguous dates that the Bible provides for us. Others, like you, acknowledge that Rebecca certainly doesn't seem like a three year old and that this teaching from Rashi may be more figurative than literal. She was perhaps surprisingly young compared to Isaac when they got married.

Thanks for bringing that up! This episode rests a bit more on "midrash" than we usually like.
