@Ryantravisaol lol i dunno it cant be the comp cause i have a computer and a laptop they show up the same so i think its the line coming into the house... i contacted sky broadband they say its British telecoms fault so i contact them and they say its sky!! its just a endless circle lol

@TranceMikebrown could be your hardware. i.e your computers lan/wifi card, the router you use, the inter modem itself, are you using cable and is the line 'split?' So many variables....

i kid you not this is faster than my home broadband. sky in scotland i pay for 20 mb but only get 1.75mbps but my ping is better it sits at about 45 so its ok on gaming but really slow at downloading and uploading. my sister lives about half a mile away with the same broadband and she get 13 mbps wtf lol
