I tried this bass in a store. It sounded great but what bugged me is that it has very low action and, as a result, a lot of fret buzz. For instance you can hear the buzzing very well on the lick on 2:16 onward. Wouldn't you agree?

@nogermsplease Agreed. I suspect a good calibration job would do the trick. Unfortunately I don't own this bass any longer.

what would you say it's better this bass or a highway one jazz bass?

@nemakur I haven't played the "Highway One" but I highly recommend this bass. For universal playing, it's great. It covers many styles. The 'Highway' seems primarily for "Rock."

I used to have this bass but i had the atk700 with the quilted maple veneer. I ended up selling it to get a better amp at the time and regret it alot, this bass is so versatile and it just really cuts through a mix
