Take a tour of Gardens of Versailles in Paris, France - part of the World's Greatest Attractions travel video series by GeoBeats.
France's most famous palace also has famously beautiful gardens on the grounds surrounding it.
The Palace of Versailles, near Paris, is well-known across the world as a symbol of beauty, luxury, and elegance.
The gardens here, sprawling out from the palace building are no less beautiful, luxurious, or elegant.
These immaculately manicured gardens cover an area of 800 hectares, with hundreds of thousands of plants.
Numerous elegant sculptures and statues line many of the footpaths that wind through the gardens.
Among the many splendors of the gardens of Versailles, the incredible Fountain of Latona is one of the best.
Between the beautiful halls and rooms of the Palace, and the beautiful landscape of the gardens, Versailles is a one-of-a-kind place.
"Take a tour of Gardens of Versailles in Paris, France" I live in Versailles and it's actually its own town, not in Paris, you may want to correct this? (I noticed it said "near Paris" later on but it's what shows first.) Thanks.

@inun0baka yes, good point. We decided to show it as part of Paris itinerary because most visitors to Paris choose to go there and some folks might not identify as it so if we listed under a separate town. Thank you for the feedback.

@swedensbravedave thanks for your comment. It'd be helpful to others if you could describe how your experience was different than what's in the video.
