@bonzenxinacoma what upgrades can i put on my ranger for it do do any of this?

all i have is a 4 inch lift, but i want my truck to atleast stay together when i go offroading. ive broken my right control arm twice(their just stock) and my front ball joints multiple times.. any suggestions on what i should get?
