@robsoncozendey hi. I have a MM6 and this "gap" is because the DSP effects changes from an instrument to another. Hope that helps.
-
MM6 does not have speakers , i hooked up the device to my laptop with a 3.5" normal jack and then put the sound on the video.

what keyboard voice do you use?

HI ALI, IT IS GRATIFYING TO ME TO CONGRATULATE YOU FOR YOUR DEDICATION AND TALENT FOR THE PIANO, YOU HAVE A BEAUTIFUL PRIVILEGE THAT GOD HAS GIVEN YOU. I PARTICULARLY KNOW HOW IS THE FEELING WHEN I COMPOSE BEAUTIFUL MELODIES BECAUSE I ALSO PLAY PIANO BY EAR, I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY YAMAHA , I CAN SPEND HOURS PLAYING AND USING THE VOICES BUT MY FAVORITE IS THE PIANO. ALI, ALWAYS FOLLOW PROGRESSING IN THE LEARNING STYLES AS IT FILLS YOUR SPIRIT.

I noticed a minor problem in my mm6, could you test it to see if all mm6 comes with this "problem"?
Here it is how to test it:
1. Select SynthLead/Pad in the categories
2.Change the instrument to "002 Punch Lead".
3. Hold any note.
4. Without releasing the note, change to the next instrument (003 Trojan).
Do you notice a gap when you change to the Trojan instrument? And if you immediately play notes in Trojan, there is some interference? It also happens in instruments 005, 019, 025,027?

@robsoncozendey
i tried mine, the gap IS THERE, maybe you can compose your songs in a way that you dont have to shift your instrument right when you are playing a note.
or try saving the instruments you want on one of the memory banks and shift them there, see if it gets better

@9322002898
no, go for a korg in the same price range.
mm6 is good if you deal with acoustic sounds and you want a really really nice piano and guitar sound in this price range
