when you add a keyframe you put hte diamond at one point click the + button then drag it back to hte beginning and thats it ?

it'll be at the bottom of the window somewhere. U'll have to drag it up

its easier to use pan crop and just keyframe. watch my pan crop tutorial if you don't know what I mean. Sorry bout the late reply :)
