I have always loved myself at any size but wanted to feel better in and out of my clothes. I would read mags and say to myself.."real women are not always a 4"....but they were not the size 24 I was either, so I started improving my body to be more healthy and attractive for me. It is not easy at all and it is always a struggle, but I can't give up...I have come to far.
