  • I'm pretty sure that the 203k and the Streamline(k) are two different things. One of the primary differences is that the Streamline does not need the same level of inspection and documentation, and has the $35,000 cap. Also, the 203k will allow for structural remodeling like building an addition but the Streamline(k) will not.

    An EEM is an Energy Efficiency Mortgage and will allow for 5% of the loan up to $5,000 to be added to the loan for energy repairs. This can be added to the fha loans!
