@GTR66960 Nope. Democrats REMAIN racists by trying to keep minorities (I am one) on the gov't plantation of welfare, entitlements, high taxes. Democrats have championed abortion, which has resulted in the deaths of MILLIONS of our babies. They make it nearly impossible for us to start small business thru taxes and regulation. Democrats still complain about the same issues they were supposed to fix 40 years ago! THEY PLAY US FOR FOOLS! They think we are helpless, and only want our votes.

I think both parties dont like people who dont agree with their party. Also republicans are racist for assuming that minorities vote for them because they want a free handout and conservatives always assume that a black in high position wasnt qualified for it.

And how exactly are Republicans racist? Is it because we oppose affirmative action? If a person can't do the job, then he shouldn't get it. It sounds reasonable to me.

Its easy to come to that conclusion if you nit pick history. Today people waving confederate flags, saying the south will rise again, calling minorities a no good nuissance, fear mongering, and praising confederates are all republicans. Republicans are forever running racist ads and making racist statements weekly. Republicans willfuly ignore all the racism in their party. The democrat party is huge tent party with diverse people and opinions.

Clinton was also co-author of the book, J. William Fulbright and His Time: A Political Biography, which glorified and praised the career of Fulbright. Fulbright was a racist segregationist who Clinton called a mentor. His other mentor was Orval Faubus, the Democrat Governor of Arkansas - google him.

The Republican Party was established as an anti-slavery movement. The only reason that Southern Democrats switched to the Republican Party was because FDR was elected and many of the Democrats thought he was a Socialist so they switched parties. It has nothing to do with "racism" like many think and they did not switch. Just many Southern Democrats switched to become Republicans. The same Democrats are there, just now Socialist.
