http://technology.discovery.com. This week we have a camera that fits into a prosthetic eye, puzzle inspired by biofuel crops, food irradiation, and a mathematical model used to simulate snowflake growth. I also have a special request to submit the science problems and solutions you think we need to be talking about on the web site.

  • POPULATION!

  • wrong woman to lead this show.

  • famine, drought, disease, anti gravity, cloaking, time travel, perpetual/zero point energy, etc

  • The biggest technological challenge we face these days is low video volume. Yeah, I can turn my speakers up, but then their too loud on the next video.

  • not a fan of the food irradiation.

now our food can be really dirty, and they can just 'zap' it clean! it's been going on in the meat industry.

zapping food eradicates good nutrients and enzymes inherent to the food... in food that is already deficient to begin with.

we need a better system than this!

  • Scientific problem: Pollution and poverty.

Scientific soulution: Invest in new technologies like solar/water recycling/treatment, offer government reabates on such things instead of stimulus packages.

  • As my microbiology teacher used to say: Correct!!! hehe

  • true we only have one life planet we know of. science is open for every thing there is slight proof to life in space becsue there a count less stars in the milky way and problaby orbiting those stars are planet and each planet recomending that conditions are right and organic matiral is there it can make life so out of the billlions of galxays out there with millions upon millions of solor systems some wich may have life!

  • People who are commenting religion are idiots lol, there are bigger problems than that.

The biggest problem for science right now would be the stigma that new discoveries could possibly bring and or the fear of disrupting the status quo of our society. ;D
