@thememorexlane They probably do voice therapy with the one teaching them to be female (seems to be the last fa'fafine) in order to learn to speak consistently higher and more feminine =)

Man this docco really goes downhill from part 3 onwards.
the growing "dundundundunDUNDUNDUNDUN" jaws-type music playing while they are preparing for surgery in this vid (part 4), was the last straw for me.

@CosmicKush420 no the testicles are removed but the penis is pushed back into the body and this is what makes the new vagina, it is just inverted is all.
