Jedes Training wird versucht etwas Neues einzubauen. Insbesondere für den Bereich Laufkoordiantion und Sprint. Neben dem standardmäßigem 14-tägigen 30-Minuten-Intervall-Sprinttraining kommen im Training immer wieder Trainingshilfen von Teamsportbedarf.de zum Zuge. So erreichen wir eine hohe Laufbereitschaft weit über 60 Minuten.
