It seems the popular idea that pizza crust be crispy but often than not when you see a movie with a couple o' wise guys eating pizza in New York, it's very thin yet very floppy and they fold it up which to me seems very appealing yet I can't remember having it that way. Maybe back when Shakeys was around but I'm not sure. But how can pizza be floppy and tender like that like when Tony (John Travolta) in Saturday Night Fever, when they blasting them in a 1000º degree oven. Please show me.
