@SlashClash151 Yes you can, every place you fast-travel to (once you own a horse) he will "land" by your side, but if you go to a City (Whiterun, Riften, etc.) he will be outside that city (stables) if you go to a Hold (Dawnstar, Morthal, etc.) he will be by your side.

Oh and btw, good choice on killing Cicero, the reward for not killing him was having him avaiable as a follower, I'd rather have his unique armor set, than having him as follower since there are a lot of followers avaiable, specially when you finish the Dark Brotherhood's Main Questline (DB Initiate followers avaiable).

The Chest loot is random, it depends on your current lvl. Lockpicks are easy as fuck to open, when you get hang of it, of course, I think you're too impatient Vern :P turn it slow. But if you do hate it, do the Thieves Guild Main Questline you will eventually get a quest, that you need to retrieve the Skeleton Key, it's basically a Lockpick that never breaks.

level up? and chests arent the same every time plus master locks are very precise and break easily so dont try to turn it so fast, do it slower.

Pretty sure I picked that master chest and got some gold or something... like everyone is saying I guesss the chests are random. It seems like most of the master chests I unlock are very underwhelming..
