The recipe was awesome. My only problem was that it doesn't look like it plates well with the ground chorizo. From the video it looks like a mushy refried bean sauce.
I tried the recommended dried sliced chorizo instead with rinsed canned beans and got great results. I bet it's even better with a little saffron as well.
Don't know if you saw, but they've got new episodes coming out in HD now.

Great video, very informative and entertaining.
