Me playing End of the Moonlight -hard style- from Dj Max portable.
Was somewhat of a request.

Note: Due to the weird angle I had to play at to record this, I definitely was not playing my best.

Note2: I'm using a simple digital camera so don't expect the quality to be great.

Note3: I play 6 buttons unlike compared to the 8 button videos shown here. Nothing against 8 buttons, I'm just more comfortable playing 6 buttons. :D

Thanks for reading and enjoy.

  • Sweet! Thanks for taking my request. So is this game easy to get into like Guitar Hero? You start out on easy and work your way up and eventually get it, or is it one of those games where some people just have it and others don't?

When I see how fast some matches can go I can't imagine being that good, but it seems like you were doing just the same. How long does it take to get to that level?

  • Well, I've been playing music games for almost half of my life so I'm one of those people who can usually pick up and go.

In saying that, this game was pretty easy to get used to and I'm sure if you start at 4 buttons, (or maybe even 6) you can catch on pretty quickly.

The harder stuff took a little while but it eventually becomes second nature.

If I can somehow get a better angle, I'll make more movies. Until then..

    Buy it!

  • Well the way things go is I always think I'm good at a game till I see a video of people doing things I didn't know existed. Thought I was ok in Guitar Hero till I saw people getting perfects on Expert and stuff like that. I still want to get the game soon, though.

  • Simply put, I feel the same way on different games.

That's what practice is for! With enough of it, you'll get better than me :p I haven't been playing dj max much lately, been too into iidx

  • you rock dude

  • Always start with 6 buttons, or even 8. I started my Pop 'n Music with 9, which made it really hard in the beginning but now I am very grateful for it because if you start with less buttons, you have to re-learn the game when you go up a mode to more buttons. So definitely start with 6 or 8 buttons!

  • Well you just have to train. If I was first playing this game I was looking at the hardest off all the those songs and thought: OMG which idiot can ever get through THIS songs... impossible.

Then I played and played and played and now I'm just a bit away from 6 Button Style Sin - The last episode ;D

In my eyes it's waste of time to play 4 Button ;D the only thing that really helps is to get hear the songs.
