There's seriously arguing about the Face of Boe's accent? I've lived in Australia for nearly 6 years yet I've almost completely lost my Scottish accent...imagine how many times the face of Boe's accent would have changed in 5 billion! Seriously people, get a grip.

@LegoDaleks John Barrowman has had a Scottish accent ever since he could talk, he just chose to start using an American one when he was 9 because he moved to America and was afraid of being bullied if he used his Scottish one. If you watch the video of him and his sister on the Today show, you'll see how he switches between accents so effortlessly. So, just clarifying, your point was dumb, full stop.

@NuStrings It clearly doesn't make sense that an American guy would take the time to learn proper diction for no reason. And if he did do that then they should have say so in the show & say why. "mellowing out & trying to be wiser" has nothing to do with removing your accent. There are plenty of mellow wise scientist with southern american accents. Why would jack start speaking an alien language with the Dr?

No, YOUR opinions aren't fact. I said it doesn't make sense that Jack speaks properly.
