  • Thanks for sharing Tenley! That looks a lot like some of the things that I buy at Trader Joes. So I have a question tho, are the Think Thin bars dairy free too??

One snack that is easy and yummy is...cutting a banana in half, roll it in flax seed, put it on a popsicle stick and freeze them. My kids LOVE them!

  • @crossnathan TJ's is where I happened to shop that day. I don't always find all my gfree wonders there. Unfortunately the Think Thin Bars are not Dairy Free. :( So sorry, they are so good!

I'm gonna have to try that banana treat! Do you mind if I share it someday?!

  • @Tennisgrrlie You can do some really fun things with Quinoa! Add them to a salad! Or add to things like you do with rice! Add berries and agave nectar to it! I'm working on lots more videos and recipes!! Stay tuned!!

  • Cutedimples512 I eat sugar, but I don't eat gluten, which is a wheat protein that my body doesn't tolerate. :)

  • @Pinksam06 Yum!! I love the Cinnamon Chex too!!

  • Just bought some gluten free products! Check out my channel!! I'd appreciate it!!

  • Hi Tenley. I look forward to more of your gluten free tips. I'm new to the diet but liking it now. I like to make up weeks supply of chopped veggies for corn chip dip and to put over a chicken breast, steak, or scrambled eggs. I chop cilantro, green onion, garlic, tomatoes, and cucumber add a little salt and pepper. I also love to put a tsp of herbed goat cheese on a spinach leaf, roll it, and it's a yummy snack.

  • Can someone write me an e-mail and let me know... is tently on a Gluten Free Diet because she has health issues or just because she wants to be?

  • Tently, was just wondering do you eat Gluten Free just because ot do you have food issues where you can only eat Gluten Free?

  • I like your tips, but would never spend money on bottled water, you can make it at home and spare the planet those nasty plastic bottles. In half of US they don't get recycled.

  • I loved pretzels before I went GF & I loved that they were often no / lo fat in a 1 oz serving. Although I love GF pretzels & they taste awesome (the same as far as I can tell) I really bothers me that they are so many more grams of fat in 1 oz than their gluten counterparts. Sometimes you eat more than an oz it adds up. GF things I do Love: almonds, spinach, Quinoa, asparagas, fruits, yogurt, Think Thin bars ALWAYS in my bag, a llifelong veg'n before going GF I struggle w/ enough protein.

  • can you make more of these videos please?

  • OMG, I love you!!!!!!!!

  • Awesome gluten free tips Tenley. We are so happy you love our bars! Thanks for mentioning us.

  • I'm not G-Free, but I try to eat very healthy (i.e. organic, free-range, lots of fruits and veggies, etc.) Trader Joes is actually our second stop when we are grocery shopping. We first try to get everything at our local Co-Op. If you are ever in San Diego you should go to People's co-op in Ocean Beach. It is the best! I The one thing I don't like about Trader Joes is that not everything is organic and everything is packaged. I like things very fresh, and People's is awesome!
