I found this a great way to get my cardio in on clod days, indoors at home.
Put on you favorite music or show and glide in place for 30 minutes.
I mix it up with faster intervals and slower recovery intervals.
This movement can really get the heart rate up as well as all of your lower body muscles get a nice burn.
