This is a one of a kind. I will not be making anymore drums like this one. This is the first drum I made. I built it for myself and have no intention of producing more of these. I am simply making room for more creations.

Yes, it was an 11lb propane tank. It's the same size you see being produced in quantity by two others. If you can't find a source that will make the tanks for you without the nozzle, handle and bottom ring, you can buy a completed tank and cut it all off. More hassle, more work. But doable.

I actually started with a new tank and cut of the foot and handle. If you can find someone who makes propane tanks, you are in business as you could ask them for 'blanks' before they weld the valve mount, foot and handle. Then you could tell all your friends you custom engineered it!
