thanks for this post. this is a very popular and delicious breakfast item in the middle east. called lebne (or lebne balls) my grandmother used to make it that way and I havn't had it for maybe 20 years. her preferred herb was oregano. the oil was usually the product of the backyard olive trees.. it's good to bring these healthy traditions back.. thanks again
