guys any strategies for fatalis? i keep getting ass fucked... i have full silver rathalos aand smoulder dragon sword, any strategies?

Actually the strongest great Sword is Master Blaze, an upgrade after lacerator blade (1,104 raw dmg)
Master blade has 1,440 raw dmg.
Master blaze is only available in Monster hunter Freedom unite or Monster Hunter 2nd G
I have unite and master blaze =D

For long swords, the combos like vertical slash x2+poke attack+spirit attack+vertical slash (btw after spirit attack, vertical slash is a poke attack) + spirit attack x2 is the longest combo. and with vertical slash u can stop monsters charge attack! Works with Great Sword too, but its slower. except if you are running and do a quick unsheathe. (and i forgot to say that its good with Great Swords 'cause u can guard) I prefer LS and GS!

Great Swords and long swords are the best weapon type in this game
Great Swords are pretty slow indeed, but if you know the combos like vertical slash+horizontal slash+upper slash+horizontal slash+vertical slash for example, is a freaking good combo! Plus, charge attacks are very effective like charge lv 3 has a 110 (or 143) % and for monster that are sleeping, it jhas a 330% bonus damage!

long sword defintly, great sword is toooooooooooo slow and long sword power can be higher than 800 replied back to tis, but have u ever killed a proper hard guy wth a gun rapidcasters are the best
