I have been living in the Philippines since Feb for 2008. I put off my trip for a long time because I didn't know how to make it happen. I didn't know what to expect when I got here. You can expand you're opportunities by living in the Philippines and substantially lower you cost of living. You can also find the girl of your dreams but if you're not careful, she can turn into one huge nightmare.

Find a good Filipina and there are many of them and she'll treat you like you've never been treated before because that is her culture. Treat her well and she'll treat you 10 times better.
