@batman0466 Shinedown used to be good. Ironically, they were better BEFORE Nick. Nick is an amazing guitarist, though. But his real achievements were with Silvertide, even though they didn't light up the charts.

they sound better with ncik but sadly he is gone but i did not know about shinedown when brad was in the band i respect all of ur opinions though sorry if mine comes across offensive

I have seen 'simple man' live..and I agree that WAS some deep shit! SD is NOT the same as it was...I was only commenting on nick's skills as a guitarist.
The emotional connection is not going to be there with the new members, because they came in the middle of their journey. Brad & jasin were at the starting line...so of course, its much more heartfelt with the originals members on stage.
