all i can tell from this video is that it looks like the XP reward for kills in increased in normal game types, because this is obviously not Search and Destroy. Im not sure if that means faster level ups, or if the amount of XP required to progress will also be increased. other things to note are:

What appears to be a new clan tag thing, that appears above the name of the person you kill, like a clan "logo"
