21st Century Solutions for 21st Century Congestion Challenges

This video provides information about the new I-35W MnPASS Express Lanes
from Burnsville to downtown Minneapolis. The projects are part of a partnership between the state, local and federal government to improve traffic flow using transit, tolling, and telework and were funded by $133.3 million from the U.S. Department of Transportation's Urban Partnership Agreement and $50.2 million from the 2008 legislative session.
