Showing how to CJ a log. The first is inefficient and the second is more efficient. The only thing I would probably change now that I look at it is to shallow the first dip when about to jerk. I was jerking in sneakers which I rarely do so they felt a little wobbly.
Anyway, tons of stuff wrong with the first rep: 1) using too much arm and not enough leg/hip, 2) curling it instead of whipping the elbows, 3) incomplete lockout on the jerk (you can see my arms get straighter as I stand up with it), 4) Looking at the log and not being truly overhead. The next rep corrects these things.
