KATRINA BADIOLA
Katrina Badiola, born in the Philippines but raised in Union, New Jersey, is all about supporting the growth of the East Coast Dance Community. Although she was previously trained in ballet, jazz, and lyrical, Katrina discovered her love for hip hop at the age of 15 through her older brother, Carlo Badiola, when he joined FR3SH Dance Company. After trying out for FR3SH the second time, Katrina finally made it on the companys Season 5 roster, and her passion for dancing grew exponentially with each week. She currently dances with FR3SH and VEN15, a new all-female east coast dance team, and is currently directing FR3SH Juniors in its third season. Katrinas performed all over the continent, including NYC, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Boston, Washington D.C., and Canada. She has dreams of becoming really good at freestyling and is training hard to be a better choreographer. She is a huge nerd, who laughs at almost everything (including you), and she loves seeing passionate dancers continuing to do what they love. Her favorite conversation topics are: dance, movies (especially Will Ferrells movies), Boy Meets World episodes, and swagger. Sweet balls!
