Contrary to popular belief this is not the "real" Dr. Tran. The original died in an over-exadurated 1945 Hiroshima spoof. They then used his body for the structue of an android, gave it the dual personalities of a tiny Asian boy/American doctorate holding hero. They also installed an amnesia chip so the two parts memory wouldn't be known by the other. Unfortunately their only mistake was to give the Asian the Americans email address...
